Ah yes - forgot this pearl

For those who remember the post about joggers nipple - hows this for a laugh. During my run today I got a few funny looks from people walking past. I assumed these were due to my red face, sweaty look and general ikyness. I was, unexpectedly, on target - although not as I had imagined. 10k of running had proved to once again aggravate my joggers nipple, but for the first time in my life, the friction had caused bleeding. Now, we all know that a little blood goes a long way, and this is doubly true when the blood is applied to a sopping wet wicking fabric. Once back in the office I tried to take a photo using my phone - but as you can see below, the wet fabric had largely dissipated the blood, making for a visually please pink affect!
