I worship at the fleet feet of Neil Burton. I ran 2.9 km yesterday (I think in about 15 minutes) and felt good about it until I read your latest numbers. Must ... endeavour ... to keep up ... with crazy ... runner ... friend ...
PS: You should run with Ondine. You two would probably pace each other very well.

Somehow I suspect that Ondine would beat my pace as she has age, leg length and weight on her side. However, i guess we shall find out in the Standard Chartered Marathon - must compare times!
