A salutory lesson

One more straw on this camels back is here. I can understand the laws on Singaporeans breaking Singapore law abroad applying to Singaporeans, but not PRs. The reason being that a PR is a temporary visa that allows you to work and live in Singapore for 5 years. At the end of that time, or indeed during that time, your PR can be cancelled without reason, and you may be ejected from the country - read Deported. Why, in this uncertain arrangment should I be subjected to this law.....
