may I draw your attention to

The windows in the photos below. They give you a sense of how big this property is. One window looks over the Amsterdam skyline, another at the windows of a building opposite and the third over a garden. Thats a full tree storeys of house - which in Europe, is a whole European town house.

And my offer has been accepted. :-)

For those interested (most probably on Kanga and possibly NARDAC) - here's the blurb:

OH MY GOD!!! You rock Neil...and Ru...LUCKY YOU!!!
gag, makes me want to stop being an artist and get real solid paying job. But, look at the kitchen... That alone gets my vote.

You know my apartment in Paris is 43m2, total. (notice how I had to put in the extra 3m2)

If you don't make the most splendid wonderful delicious things and throw the wickedest dinner parties, your place will be wasted!

Good one Neil!

Eh, I am interested also! The apartment looks amazing!!! I am so dead jealous. Dammit, now must really find money and excuse to go see you and Nardac...

Btw, very crass, I know, but when you come back, must tell us how much it costs, ok? So that we can whine over the cost of property in Singapore some more...
