Croydon 10k Results

I ran the Croydon 10k today - finishing with 39:48. That put me at position 56 out of 714 runners. All in all I am pretty happy with this - it is my personal best on a challenging hilly course.

My target (now that I have broken 40 mins) is to break 38 mins, which means shaving 12 seconds off each kilometer - which is a lot more difficult than you would imagine....
