72 kg - Yeehaa!
Ok - I have weighed in (at home, in the morning) at 72kg. This is a new record for me, since my pre-balloon days. It looks like going to the gym 5 days a week has started to pay off - all with no more than 30 minutes cardio 3 days a week and 2 sessions on 1 1/2 training. Oh, and TKD at 4 hours a week (down from 8 hours now that the instructor is being such a bell end).
Now I just have to wait for fridays BFI measurement........
