Aargh! Body Fat Up!
Bloody bloody hell. Patoooe.
My body fat was just measured at 29.2%
That sucks! Ok - I am changing my diet to a more conventioanl fat loss diet - something with more protein, until I have shifted that 29.2 to a 24.2%.
Oh My God - am I about to go "Atkins"???
Anyone got any experience of teh Atkins diet?

Atkins works well enough. You do need to supplement it with enough roughage otherwise, you'll be shitting in pain for the next 2 weeks.
Try just working at low carbs and low sugars. :)

Well - shitting in pain is not high on my list of priorities so lets go for roughage. Fibre. Basically high protien but not quite atkins....
